OKAY take a seat!! My skincare routine is always changing, but here’s my current split:
Morning:
Hydrating cleanser→ toner (loving Byoma) → moisturizer→ sunscreen→ cooling eye patches, → eye cream ✨
Night:
I switch between anti-aging and acne nights.
Always start with a triple cleanse: micellar water → cleansing oil (love Haru Haru Wonder) → cleanser →
BHA toner → azelaic acid → brightening serum (loooove Caudalie Vinoperfect)
• Acne nights: benzoyl peroxide
• Anti-aging nights: retinoid
Finish with moisturizer + face tape for wrinkles!
I haven’t had any surgery or major procedures. I get Botox every 4–5 months (not always consistent) and do Procell microchanneling twice a year — it’s like microneedling but better. I had lip filler but got it dissolved, and I might re-do it soon (I’ll vlog if I do). I also tried CoolSculpting on my arms and it did nothing… do NOT recommend.
Oh girllll this was a JOURNEY and I still get breakouts here and there! First I cut out dairy + gluten and that helped sooo much. Then I started drinking celery juice and doing a heavy metal detox smoothie — I noticed a huge improvement in my skin from that alone. Where my skin really changed was when I fine-tuned my skincare routine!
Supplements help so much, but so does hair oiling and using the right products! I try to oil my hair at least 2x a week and use a high frequency wand to stimulate my scalp—I’ve noticed such a difference. Currently loving Redken Extreme Length shampoo and conditioner. Also sleep in a bonnet and use clips instead of hair ties to prevent damage!
I swear by supplements—you can’t glow on the outside if you’re not healthy on the inside!
Zinc + beef liver are my holy grails for acne and anti-aging. For hair growth, I love Nutrafol vegan (I’m sometimesss sensitive to biotin). Probiotics for down there, Wellness Formula when I feel sick (will literally cure you), collagen powder in my matcha or coffee, and organic spearmint tea for hormonal acne.
Day to day I keep it pretty light! I’m always trying new products, but right now I’m loving a milky toner, Tizo sunscreen, and if I wear foundation I use Colorescience because it’s easy and has SPF. For makeup, I use Estée Lauder Double Wear concealer (you can build it or keep it light), Nudestix blush in Beach Babe, Maybelline Rocket Volume (always waterproof), Armani Eye Tint in 22, Physicians Formula bronzer, Rare Beauty brow gel, plus a lip stain with Westmore lip serum and Maybelline liner in Worth It, and I finish everything off with Charlotte Tilbury setting spray
